Cancellation & Booking Policy

 

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged 25% of the service booked.

 

Last-minute cancellations (within 3 hours of the appointment time) or no-shows will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount.

(A “no-show” is defined as arriving 15 minutes or more past your scheduled appointment time.)

 

If you request a specific technician, the additional fee listed next to their name will be applied per manicure and per pedicure.

 

All appointments must be secured with a credit card.

A 3% credit card transaction fee will be applied to all card payments.

(Your card will not be charged until the day of service.)
